Insurance Plans

We are in-network providers for a variety of health insurance companies, including (alphabetically): Aetna, Blue Cross (Regence), Cigna, First Choice Health, OHP (adults only; call 541-770-7777 for pre-authorization), Optum, Providence, Reliant Behavioral Health, Tricare, United Behavioral Health, Western Psychological, and a variety of Employer Approved Plans.

• Don’t see your carrier on the list? We are also an out-of-network provider for all other insurance.
• For copays, we accept cash, check or credit/debit cards.

Self-Pay

For those clients without insurance, or who prefer that their counseling appointments not be reported to their insurance provider, we accept payment at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit/debit cards. For distance counseling appointments we can also accept PayPal.

Financial Aid

As a Christian ministry, we do not want finances to prevent your healing. Partial financial assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
